If you have seen the Finish Setting Up Windows 10 prompt below and choose Remind me in 3 days.

You will then be prompted with Get even more out of Windows

Which will offer prompts about Remind me in 3 days or Skip for now but it will return again and again at the most inopportune times.  If you do not want to complete these tasks or rather implement the parts that you want when you need to here are some options for turning off these prompts.

In Windows Settings go into System, Notifications & actions.
Uncheck Suggest ways I can finish setting up my device to get the most out of Windows.

Another method to change this is in the Registry
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UserProfileEngagement
Set ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled to a DWORD of 0

Or create a registry file with the following

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\UserProfileEngagement]

"ScoobeSystemSettingEnabled"=dword:00000000

Please be aware this is a user specific setting in the registry or in Windows Settings.
