Fix for SMB Share access after January 2019 updates on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2

Microsoft on Friday January 11, 2019 released a fix for the SMBv2 access issue from the January Microsoft Security Updates released on January 8, 2019.  If a user is a Local Administrator on a Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 system and attempts to access a SMBv2 share on Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2 or Samba they will get an error.  The update KB4487345 fixes this issue.  The two updates from January 2019 are KB4480960 and KB4480970 that cause this issue, there can also be issues in Remote Desktop as well for the Local Administrator.

This update is not found on Windows Update nor WSUS.
