If you cannot install or do not want to install Logitech Options+ setup utility another option is to use the website:

This website will help you setup devices on your Logitech Unifying receiver, and the web interface will also allow you to disconnect old devices that may have been paired with your receiver. 

It will ask you about using which receiver if you have more than one select that and it will then allow you to Add, Remove devices in the web interface.
