Windows 11 there is not a specific driver available for HP’s DOT4 printer port (USB).

The HP LaserJet USB (DOT4) communications port driver for Windows 8 and later will help and can be downloaded from:

These printers have PCL5 support and need the HP Universal Print Driver for Windows PCL5 which can be downloaded from:
