Adobe Flash Player Update
Current Version 32.0.0.465 (Active X) 32.0.0.465 (Plugin) – Released December 8, 2020
Adobe Flash is no longer being updated and should be removed from your computer. Starting January 12, 2021 Adobe will block Flash content from running in Flash Player.
You can check the version in Control Panels, Flash Player, Advanced tab.

Adobe Shockwave
Current Version 12.3.5.205 – released March 20, 2019
Adobe Shockwave support to end April 9, 2019, after which it will no longer be available for download.
You can check your version of Shockwave, by viewing the plugins in your browser.

QuickTime
Current Version 7.7.9 – released January 7, 2016
QuickTime is no longer being updated and should be removed from your computer, but some software requires QuickTime, such as Adobe’s Creative Cloud. If you must have QuickTime for other software, be sure that you are using version 7.7.9, while it has 2 security issues it is the most secure.

Skype

You can check the version in Skype, choose Help, About Skype
Skype is end of life as of 5/5/2025, it has been replaced with Microsoft Teams and will have your contacts there.
In Skype go to the Skype menu and choose Check For Updates, this will download the update and install the new version the next time your open Skype. Microsoft will be discontinuing Skype in May 2025 – changing to Microsoft Teams Free.
